BRB General Maintenance was established in 2020 in Al Bahyah, U.A.E, and remains a privately owned company. In over 6 years of operation, what started with a focus on high-quality, cost-effective AC ducting has grown into a full building maintenance service covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, ceiling work and complete renovations for villas, apartments, offices and shops across the emirate.
The company is led by CEO Touseef Satti, a hands-on maintenance expert who has been working in the trade since 2008. With 18+ years of experience across AC ducting, HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing and building works, he personally oversees quality on every major project — so the standards that built our reputation never slip.
We are vitally concerned with the quality and reliability of our service, because our reputation depends on it. Our underlying principle is to sustain long-term, productive relationships through good service — and never to lock customers in with hidden contract clauses. That is why most of our new work comes from referrals and repeat clients.
